Cincinnati Kung Fu focuses on a total body workout designed to increase strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and dexterity, all while teaching you self defense skills.

We are an inclusive, hardworking group that believes in positive reinforcement. You will find all of our instructors to be knowledgeable, patient and respectful. We are not here to tear you down, we are here to build you up.

Our goal is the attainment of longevity. We not only wish to live to a ripe old age, but to also be fit and active as we age.

The thing that separates us from other fitness programs, and from other martial arts, is our style, Shaolin-Do. We posses a variety of forms, from animal styles, to weapons styles, to internal systems. We truly have enough material to learn for a lifetime.
